are people , not stats. Each person or family has a unique story involving life events which lead to the need or desire to sell, or buy properties , or rent a home.
Sometimes the move is filled with anticipation and excitement ; such as buying your first home, moving to your dream home, investing in income properties.
Other times it’s necessitated by life events - health issues, divorce, separation, job transfer, losing a loved one, ending a relationship, “starting over” , financial difficulties.

MY JOBS BEFORE REAL ESTATE
First few years out of college I worked as a job developer in San Francisco Chinatown . After that another few years in health and human services with the California Regional Center as for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
One day, I stepped into a whole new world at "the phone company" . No, I was not an operator, nor did I climb poles. I worked in marketing communications, product management and advertising sales.
Real estate is a natural fit for me to use my skills, and life experiences, to help others in one of the most important life changing decisions in their lifetime.
